🚫 Absolutely NO unregistered guest allowed. If rule is broken there is a $25/ extra guest fee charged per guest.

🚫 Absolutely NO Parties/Gatherings/Kickbacks allowed. If rule is broken there is a $500 fee charged and you will be asked to vacate the premises IMMEDIATELY. THERE IS NO REFUND. NO UNAUTHORIZED GUEST ALLOWED.

🚭 No Smoking in the home PERIOD! If rule broken there is a $250 fee.

⛔️ DO NOT turn off or cover up cameras. They are ONLY outside. ⛔️ DO NOT turn off internet. If rule is broken this breaks your contract and your reservation will be CANCELED IMMEDIATELY. YOU WILL HAVE TO VACATE THE PREMISES.
